Rough Cuts Productions gets its name from the fact that material here will be presented from early stages of the creative process. Songs will mostly be unaccompanied...I don't know how to play any instrument well enough yet, recorded readings and speeches will be well-practiced but not "totally perfect" perhaps, written original work will not have been professionally edited at this point...I like how my material sounds just the way I write it. :-) In addition, how can any of us less-than-perfect humans expect to be able to produce anything other than rough cuts when compared with the work of the Divine Hand? And aren't we rough cuts...engaged in the polishing process of life...ourselves? It's good to remember to be humble.
